Amy – No, it’s very similar to Shepherd’s Pie, but you use BBQ sauce instead. You put a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom of the casserole dish and then mix shredded meat (whichever kind you have on hand) with BBQ sauce, spread it over the potatoes and then sprinkle cheese over it. It’s my husband’s favorite dish!

Great ideas! It looks like the kids had fun. When I started looking into homeschooling I also looked into the workbox system. It seems like a great organizational tool.

We had one car for a while when our youngest child was a baby. I remember my daughter and I pushing him in his stroller to the grocery store a few times. The store was not too far, and we only went on pretty days.
And, yeah, I found somebody else who knows what loss leaders are.

Our grandson, age 2, loves his alphabet letters on the fridge, too. He has something that makes the sounds of the letters. I forget what it’s called. Maybe LeapFrog.

The Children’s Place has some inexpensive things. I rarely shop there because we get tons of hand me downs and I really like JC Penney for kids clothes. BUT, I was just in there last night with my coupon:) They had boys polos for $6! That was cheaper than Old Navy. I only ended up getting some sunglasses for my guy – 2 pairs for $5! Plus 15% off. Can’t beat it.

Oh yes! Adorable is only a Children’s Place away. I prefer them over Gymboree, but most of our clothes come from hand me downs and we’re happy with those too!
